A pairing dinner will be held by restaurant owner Yuka Izawa at Restaurant Shozan, owned by Sendai Izawaya Katsuyama Sake Brewery, one of Sendai's leading sake breweries.
In a private space created by renovating a sake brewery in the old castle town, Izawa himself will give a guided tour of the restaurant's unique pairings and sake in Japanese, English, and Chinese. Enjoy a variety of unpasteurized sake that is hard to find on the market, as well as a special menu created just for this tour to enhance the flavor of the sake.
Before the meal, a tour of the sake brewery selected by Izawa will be conducted by the brewer at a brewery in or near Sendai city.
Lunch and a city tour by Skytop Bus as a means of transportation are available as options upon request.

②In addition to sake from the Date clan's official brewery, which has been handed down since the feudal era, you can enjoy the pairing of famous sake from all over Miyagi, a sake-producing region, with seasonal Miyagi ingredients.
③We offer five types of Miyagi sake (including special limited edition sake), and we focus on ingredients from Miyagi Prefecture, serving seafood, Wagyu beef, and more.
